After you purchase the coupon, you should receive a confirmation email from us that will contain a link to the coupon. Until the deal tips however, you won't be able to view or print the coupon. You can also find the coupon by logging into your account on our website Govity.com

Don't feel bad, people forget passwords all the time. Luckily we have a simply way for you to reset your password. Go the account page and click the "Forgot your password?" link. See, that was easy wasn't it?

You don't need a printed copy of your coupon. If you have a smartphone, you can show a copy of the coupon on your phone. Depending on the merchant, you may be able to redeem the coupon simply by giving them the coupon number although they may request some photo identifcation in this case.

In order to provide the easiest redemption process for you and our merchants, the purchaser list isn't generated until the deal closes. You can view the countdown clock on our site to see how much longer a deal is live before it closes. We apologize for the confusion, but want to assure you that we are not keeping your coupon hostage! Some businesses will allow you to redeem the coupon before the deal closes, check the fine print to see if that's the case.

This is the number of purchases at which the deal becomes valid. If not enough people tell us they want the deal then the offer is cancelled and nobody is charged. So don’t keep these incredible offers to yourself, click the share links and tell all your friends!

Of course. We tell all the vendors we work with that Govity deals can be used as gifts, and unless the small print states otherwise, assume you can treat your buddy to one of our awesome deals. If you do want to use the coupons as a gift, let us know by clicking on the appropriate option at the checkout.
